A brand value pyramid is a representation of the importance of each type of a company's specific brand ideals. It's a diagrammed outline that gives a visual reference of a company's values that can be quickly shared to all members of an organization.

Tone of Voice:

Represents brand personality and values.This includes the words, phrasing and content you include, for example email, social media or website content.

Frozen: Static register, refers to historic language or communication that is intended to remain unchanged. For example the Bible or Shakespeare and also legal documents.

Formal: used in professional and Academic settings where communication is expected to be respectful, uninterrupted and restrained. No slang. Emails, business letters.

Consultative: Used in conversation with someone who has specialised knowledge or who is offering advice. Respectful tone.

Casual: with friends, and acquaintances. Very informal.

Intimate: Non public, private vocabulary. Non verbal messages.
